Pregnancy Yoga

Opportunity to move your body, relax, bond with your baby, meet other parents and drink some tea.

No previous yoga practice necessary, the movement is very gentle. No equipment required. No special clothes needed. Just you and your baby. Bit of breathing, bit of moving. Being. Simple as that.
